KOIKOI Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through KOIKOI JAPAN TOUR ("the Service") as set out below.

■ Information we collect

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:

・your name ・your email address ・your phone number ・the tour date, number of participants and any requests you tell us ・your login details, if you create an account

Credit card numbers are collected directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We never hold them.

We also record access times, pages viewed and browser type in order to understand how the Service is used.

■ How we use it

・to process your booking, contact you and give you details for the day ・to take payment and issue refunds ・to answer your enquiries ・to improve the Service and produce statistics ・to comply with legal obligations

■ Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties except:

・with the guide leading your tour, to the extent needed to run it ・with Stripe, to process payment ・with the provider we use to send email ・where disclosure is required by law

■ Service providers we use

・Stripe, Inc. (payments) ・Google LLC (hosting, authentication, email delivery) ・Neon, Inc. (database)

Each handles your information only as needed for that purpose.

■ How long we keep it

We keep booking records for 7 years to meet accounting and tax requirements, then delete them promptly.

■ Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and currency. You can disable them in your browser, but some features will stop working.

■ Access, correction and deletion

On request from you, we will disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your personal information. Please contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity before responding.
