■ Currency All payments are charged in Japanese yen (JPY). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. The final amount on your statement depends on your card issuer's exchange rate.
■ When payment is taken Your card is charged when you complete the payment step of the booking.
■ When your booking is confirmed Your booking is confirmed as soon as your card payment is complete, and we send a confirmation email.
■ When the service is provided On the date and time of the tour you booked.
■ Cancellation and refunds Once paid, bookings cancelled by you are not refundable. If a tour cannot go ahead for reasons on our side or the venue's side, such as severe weather, we refund the full amount. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
■ How refunds are made Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the booking. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
